A structured gathering for women to meet and discuss such topics as: what does real prenatal care look like, cultivating intuition during pregnancy, dream birth visioning, how birthing at home supports our physiology and more. We will begin with a moment of centering and brief introductions, moving into reflection on a relevant topic with space for each woman to share. We may do some movement, breath work, journaling, meditation, etc.
