At the heart of my practice is the belief that pregnancy is not a disease, and birth is not inherently dangerous. Rather, birth is a sacred and exquisitely primal act—a co-creation of life with the divine. I honor the profound intimacy of this experience, recognizing that women are the portals through which souls arrive on Earth.

Birth matters deeply; it lays the foundation for everything that follows. It is my mission to support you in creating the calm, self-directed, and undisturbed birth you desire. I understand that many women seek more control, autonomy, and satisfaction in their birth experience, and I am here to help you take responsibility for your journey. .

Ways to feel supported

  • Birth, as with everything in nature was designed perfectly. However our modern ways of living have tragically removed us from nature. For many women the journey through pregnancy to an autonomous, powerful birth requires much devotion to reconnecting to herself, to nature, and to community. Support throughout pregnancy is a vital component to a physiological birth.

  • Pregnancy through birth is a time of great expansion both physically & energetically. This ceremony is intended to recognize & honor the immensity of the journey to bring a new soul earthside and to close the mother’s body energetically, emotionally, & physically.
